Male and female appear similar in both size and coloring. They are covered in mostly reddish-brown feathers, excluding their bellies which are, of course, black. They stand with the most upright posture of all ducks showing off their long pink legs and neck. Most popular for their sharp whistling call. Mates remain partners for life and share maintenance of the nest where the female lays approximately 13 eggs. The Balckbellied Whistling Tree Duck can be found in South Western parts of the United States and Mexico. Shipping $96.00 Express Mail USPS.
