These streamlined birds offer stunning plumage -- silvery-white feathers with black streaks and spots mixed with black. Silver Spangled Hamburg roosters have a graceful poise, with long, flowing tail feathers and white hackles. This breed of chicken features rosecombs topping their heads, and hens are non-sitters that prolifically lay white eggs. Average mature weight: Roosters 5 lbs., hens 4 lbs.
