This breed originated in Morocco, through most of central Asia to China. When seen from a far distance, the sexes appear similar, but closer observation reveals that the males have a black neck ring and hens have a white face. The overall color is orange blended with brown and chestnut; they have white wing converts, metallic green speculum and black primaries and tail. They have a very loud call than can be heard from quite a distance.Incudes: 2 females, 1 male. Birds are appox 6 months of age.
