Cochins are known for their very soft feathers and their fluffy appearance. They have a profusion of long, soft plumage that makes them seem larger than they actually are. They are brown eggs layers. Our standard-size cochins are available in two varieties: Blue and White. (Blue fowl will produce offspring that are also black and splashed.) Average mature wieght: Roosters 11 lbs., hens 8 + lbs.
