The leader in the brown egg market, this strain's quiet temperament and large eggs makes them everyone's favorites. Pullets, with their soft buff-red color, mature at about 4 pounds. Males grow to a larger size for nice fryers and are white with dark wing, neck, and tail feathers. (Best egg layer) Also known as Golden Comet, Cinnamon Queen, Boven Brown, Red Sex Link. The Pullets are fully vaccinated, beak trimmed, floor raised and ready to move into your laying barn.

Very Pleased, November 25, 2009 Reviewer: Steven from WV Traveled 3 hrs. to pick up these birds. Service was excellent. Fast and professional.
Excellent supply store. Birds were happy and healthy. Had our first egg in the transport box when we got home. 6 eggs in the first 4 days. Gotta love it! Will be doing more business with Meyer's.

The Girls, November 19, 2009 Reviewer: Michael from CA We got our chickens the next morning after they were shipped. Everyone at the post office came out and asked questions. Our postman knocked on the door later that day to see how the chickens were doing. The birds are alert, went right for the feed and water, and made themselves at home. And to our surprise there were two eggs in the box that they must have laid in transport. We are very happy with the service and the girls.
The grandchildren have been entertained all afternoon, without the television turned on. Their job is to give each chicken a name, it's almost as much fun to hear the names they have come up with as it is to watch the birds. Glad we ordered them abd plan to do so again in the future.
