2009 Approximate Arrival Dates

Please choose from one of the above approximate arrival dates. Poultry are shipped for arrival at your local Post Office Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Notify your post office that you have on order of poultry coming, and they will notify you upon arrival.

Pick-up Orders Hours:

(March 2nd û June 30th) Monday: 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.; Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

(July 1st û Feb. 26th) Monday: 2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.; Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Upon placing a pick-up order a sales representative will schedule your pick- up for either Monday or Tuesday as we limit the number of people per day for pick-up. Baby chicks will only be available for pick-up during these times. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you are not available during stated pick up times, we will ship your order directly to your Post

Poultry Guarantee

We guarantee 100% healthy chicks on arrival with excellent livability. Orders are shipped with up to 4% extra chicks at no extra charge. All orders must meet our minimum order quantities, in order to qualify. We will offer a refund, replace stock, or give credit one time toward any bird that had been properly cared for but had died within 48 hours of time of arrival. However, we must be notified within 48 hours of any losses should they occur. At no time will our guarantee exceed the original purchase price.  The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We guarantee 90% sexing accuracy, for errors resulting greater than guarantee, we will refund the difference between the female and male price. Sexing errors can be reported when birds reach 10 weeks of age and no later that 18 weeks after purchase date.

Merchandise (Non-live Products)

If you are not satisfied or product does not meet standards, item may be returned only with the proper consent of Meyer Hatchery. Items returned will only be accepted if in original packaging and in unused condition. Package must include a return authorization number, which can be obtained by calling Meyer Hatchery Customer Service. Only then can it be exchanged, offered a refund, or credited toward a different product.

Terms

AT NO TIME WILL ORDERS BE BOOKED WITHOUT PAYMENT. ORDERS ARE BOOKED FIRST COME WITH PAYMENT, FIRST SERVED.

CANCELLATIONS: A minimum of two weeks notice prior to the shipping date. A $10.00 Cancellation Fee applies to all orders cancelled.

STARTED PULLETS: A non-refundable $1 per birds deposit is due at the time the order is booked with a $20 minimum deposit required.

PHONE ORDERS: Pay by credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

ORDER FORM: All orders must be accompanied with payment: Check, Money Order, or Credit Card numbers.

** Personal check orders will be booked after verification of sufficient funds. Please allow for additional processing time. Checks returned to us by your bank will be charged an additional $30.00. If reconciliation is not made within 15 days your account will be turned over to our collection agency, and other penalties and fees will be added.

While we have taken many precautions to insure accurate pricing, we cannot guarantee this catalog to be free of pricing or typographical errors.
